Shoot Level Two

The level two shoot fighting is a step up from our beginners class.

It is a fast paced, high intensity class that will build on all your previous MMA skills. The class involves a fast paced warm up, intense skill work and sparring.

This class, like the level one class is designed to move you to a new level of fighting. The class has the same objectives of closing the gap against an experienced striker and getting the fight to the ground with a minimum and contact and damage. From there is all about control and using your opponents weight and reactions against them. You will be able to practice your skills in a fast-paced, safe and fun environment.

The correct gear is a must for this class as well as previous experience in Shoot fighting. All participants in level two Shoot fighting must be over 18, have MMA gloves and  a mouth guard.

This class will have your heart racing and blood pumping from the moment you step onto the mats!
