There are a couple of changes from the last competition, including a "Novice" white belt division which is aimed at all the students with less then 6 months training under their belts.
The idea is to encourage the new students to jump in and have a roll with people close to their own experience levels.
An added bonus is the Junior Division, Young Adult Division, Female Division, Novice White Belt, White Belt and a Blue Belt division!! If there is time, we will also run a White Belt Open division too!
ALL ENTRY FORMS MUST BE BACK TO TEAM AMMA BY THE 23/8/10 WITH THE COMPETITION MONIES!! No exceptions guys n gals
