October 14th seems to be a very busy day! The next BJJ or Grappling competition will run on Sunday, October 14th at the Craigie Community Centre.

Registrations close on October 9th (Thursday, not Tuesday like the poster reads).

You must have a RANKED rash guard to compete, you must register online.

Register as TEAM AMMA for your club.
