Famous words.... The Academy will soon be introducing a new 'open class' for our students to 'drill' techniques and movements to make them second nature.
We are working out the best times for people to get the most out of the classes, but we are thinking of a Saturday morning from 10:30 plus a Friday from 11:00 a.m.
